Kaspa's Watford

Would never spend my money here customer service appalling. The man behind the counter aloud customers to push infront of me to be served I patiently waited i have an obvious disability on crutches and he ingnorantly ignored me and continued to serve customers that he watched push in front of me when I told him they pushed in he said he is going to serve these customers because they are younger and im standing with a disability when do you get served first because your younger is this a new rule? WOW! he didn't care so I walked out I will not spend my money somewhere were they do not value there customers to be honest they did me a favour as I did think the cakes were poorly presented, will never return here, I was absolutely shocked by how poorly treated I was as a disabled person by the man serving and the boys who pushed in front.

The restaurant seemed unusually quiet for a Saturday midday visit. Unfortunately, the lack of air conditioning made it uncomfortably warm. Additionally, there was no ice cream on display which they normally have. The youngest member was served last so had to wait an extra 5 minutes to receive their order, leaving them enviously eyeing others enjoying their ice cream. Regrettably, the overall customer service experience was lacking, which was disappointing.

I got a late-night takeout gluten free carrot cake and an ice cream at Kaspa's in Watford. I appreciated that there were two gluten free cakes (carrot cake and sticky toffee pudding), and vegan/ vegetarian ice cream options. The service was great. The server made an effort to take out the allergy chart and talk me through which options were safe, and the measures she would take to safely heat up my order. Unfortunately, the desserts themselves really let me down. The ice cream was good, not great. As for the carrot cake, it simply did not taste nice at all. It looked promising, so I was very disappointed! Kaspa's is open late, and the service is good, so I wanted to like it. I'm sad to say I found the product itself lacklustre.

As a night shift worker, I am a frequent late night visitor for at least a coffee...the staff are extra friendly and they have gone above and beyond to accommodate me even when they are busy. It goes without saying that their sweet treats are fabulous!

I went for late night dessert on Sunday night and I loved this place. There aren’t many places that are open on late Sunday night. Delicious bubble tea and brownie mess. Strongly recommend if you are looking for yummy desserts

Desserts were good but not worth the wait. Poor service and unorganised. 2/3 order was served with the 3rd kid staring for 20 minutes ! So the 4th one decided not to order at all as they would have to wait. If at all you wanna visit, make sure they are less busy as for sure they have no clue to handle more than a single order !

Great variety of freshly prepared desserts and ice cream. Visited few days back With family and really enjoyed our trip. We tried different waffle flavours and ice creams. Highly recommended.

The waffles are absolutly amazing! Favourite is the nutella one wint fruit! Usually very busy But quick service! Really nice desserts! The cakes are not the bests! But icecreams are good! Staff is friendly! I recommend!
