Came out for a nice treat with my family order 2 crepes - 1 Oreo and 1 strawberry and banana plus 1 milk shake 2 coffees all I can say is the food is really bad waffles under cooked over sweetened. We complained about the sauce on the Oreo waffle and were met with resistance and the milk shake as both tasted powdery and waffle not cooked we paid £54 for nothing to be done and to be met with dirty looks. When we asked for a refund we were offered one waffle to compensate - new waffles were raw ! Very sad won’t be returning. Training needed on how to make coffee and general customer service if your customers complain and don’t eat the food/finish their food there obviously is a problem. Makes it feel like a money grab. Avoid at all costs not worth it

Got the Bubblelicious and Hot Chocolate Fudge Cake sit in, Milk chocolate cookie dough to go. The hot chocolate fudge cake was soo goood ! The atmosphere and service is brilliant.

Great value milkshake if you want to spit plastic bits out. There was plastic blended into it, this is what was in it after we sieved it. I requested a refund 18 days ago and heard nothing back.

Everything about my visit was absolutely great! The staff were super friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The place had a really nice, clean atmosphere with a great vibe.

Had a lovely experience this cafe yesterday. Very kind helpful staff, quick service and a little bit of a chat despite staff being very busy that makes an ordinary visit that bit special. Sorry I didn’t know the lady’s name to mention her personally

Incredible the gelato! I have a gelato brand in Peru and I travel to UK to taste all the gelato over here! Creams are the best gelato I have tasted here in England. The attention of everyone was amazing. I recommend 100% creams and I will come back as soon as possible!
