Sainsbury's

terrible customer service, shocking attitude to customers. Firstly the wi-fi wasn’t working properly so couldn’t access our nectar card. Customer service desk said sorry can’t help. We then proceeded to self service check out ( no other option) 6 times the automated message calling for a member of staff. it’s a small store but they had four staff just to sort out error messages on these automated check outs. I think it’s clear you need proper check out desks and personnel. On top of that the staff were just downright rude. It’s not my fault you have a useless system. 100% I will not be visiting a Sainsbury’s anytime soon .

It's a sainsburys innit. This one is the same as those ones but not massive. Staff are friendly but all the main tills are self-checkout which is always a pain so I'll be going to co-op down the road from now on. Theres a good greengrocers in Torpoint too so this has inspired me to use those guys for all my veg and fruit. I guess in the long run self-checkouts will be good for small businesses for this reason. The last thing I want to do at the end of a day at work is have to do more work beeping and packing my groceries, flitting between a resigned ennui of the modern world and blind fury at an unexpected item in the bagging area.

Very clean tidy shop, well stocked but limited on choice

1 went to Sainsbury's in Plymouth specifically to purchase an offer in the fresh food department. l got exactly what I was looking for and also treated myself to a very nice top that was on the 'sale rail'. I still prefer to go through a till rather than scan my shopping, very pleased with my purchases, pleasant till assistant, thank you Sainsbury's.

Great supermarket selling everything one would expect with friendly, helpful staff. Often good range of promotions throughout store. Argos click & collect available for collection within store too. Parking area available in front of store where customers can pay 60p for 30 mins. Car registration must be entered upon payment, to appear on ticket for display in car window. (Other half of ticket handed to cashier for refund on parking if shopping over £20.) Disable bays available & supermarket suitable for wheelchair users. Cashpoint available on left side of venue. A £1 coin required for shopping trolley.

A smallish Sainsbury's with a pay and display car park. You can get the parking refunded if you spend £20. The lady on the kiosk was friendly. Not a great selection of beer.

Very good very clean and quality and very professional standards from the members of staff.

It's one of the only shopping markets in Torpoint and sometimes it's well stocked and sometimes it's not. What I hate about all Sainsbury shopping markets is their car parks are all paid parking which is not great. It's the same in Plymouth too and with the cost of living crisis on the high paying for car parking when you shop is ridiculous. I know someone will say you can claim for it when you buy something but I feel a large conglomerate should pay for their patrons parking.
