Nicely manicured plants and trees and employees are always nice. Only one time not so much with one of the kids but he may have been having an off day. I come visit multiple times a week for their variety in drinks to pass this hot summer.

Today was the second time in a week that I have received very old meat on my burgers. Fire that burger filpper!!

Everytime I go here I get the number 3 cheeseburger only. I add bacon. The bacon is crispy just the way I like it, not fatty and soft like other burger joints. The patty is crunchy around the edges and very flavorful. Also I always get good customer service.

I like there food I really do been going more then McDonald’s. But the girls that work there always manage to get something wrong one time one girl told me ocean water was the same as a coconut slush in I did not like the drink . And when you tell them don’t put something on a burger they still do anyways . It’s not awful but if someone comes to spend money get the order right cause it actually does make people sad or pissed off when they can’t enjoy what they wanted that they paid for .

I just felt compelled to leave a review for this location. The customer service that the manager Joe gave us was exceptional. Our order last night was not what we were hoping for, but after calling and explaining what the circumstances were, Joe did not hesitate to make it up to us. I recommend this location hands down.

They're just satisfied with the management meal when prepared properly they didn't want to fix the problem so I gave the food back and got my money and though I will never go there again Cleveland location

Tried the pulled pork sandwich and it didn't taste the way I hoped. This was not a hit for me. We also ordered kids chicken tenders and they didn't look fresh. The looked like they were redipped. They also charge for bbq sauce and other specialty sauces. Ketchups were sticky. We would have complained but they seemed too busy and irritated that we left it alone. We usually aren't on this sound of town and chose to go to Sonic over Jack in da box. Wish the experience was better.

This is what i came home to paid for a Large burned and squished onion Rings im very disappointed . Check your food inside out if you come here.

On August 28, 2025, at 8:47 PM, I left without ordering and I’m glad I did. I had to repeat myself four times just to order two cups of ice, and instead of taking me seriously, the employee laughed and I could hear someone else laughing in the background. That immediately made me feel uncomfortable and paranoid, especially since just two days ago I had gotten salty-tasting ice from this same location. I always stop here for ice before doing my late-night deliveries I’m known as the “ice lady” because I get it so often. But after this experience, I didn’t feel safe. It felt like my order could be tampered with, and no customer should have to worry about that. To make matters worse, the ice here is inconsistent sometimes it tastes fine, but other times it tastes like chemicals or even salt. That’s not okay. I take pride in what I put in my body, and I’m tired of dealing with questionable quality and unprofessional service. For these reasons, I won’t be coming back for ice again. Customers deserve respect, professionalism, and consistency and this location didn’t provide any of that.

Worse sonic they never put enough sauce on the burgers smash burgers and the drinks never made right they're never fully mixed together or it's like they're not even putting the syrup into it. Better just to go to the sonic in Splendora Also, some of those slushes have been tasting terrible. They all taste like pickle flavor.
