I am very happy with the customer service that was provided at this location! Jamison was very helpful and knowledgeable utilizing all of the in and outs of the internet and phone services they provided. He also saved me over 150.00 on my phone bill, and was very patient and willing to help in any way he could. Furthermore, he communicated with me extremely well. I am looking forward to working with him in the future! I will definitely send more customers their way moving forward.

There are always "outages in our area" and our pods are always disconnecting randomly. We pay quite a bit for internet that rarely works. We don't have many things hooked up to the internet so there should be no reason why spectrum isn't working. Everyone I know that has spectrum is always having trouble with them. We will be looking for another internet service if things do not improve.

We recently switched over due to the buyout incentives they were giving we were told that all three devices would be eligible for a payout turns out that is not true so just beware if they tell you one thing it could not be the truth
