Iceland Supermarket Tolworth

Reasonable price. Very good offers. Variety of things

As the bill says served by so and so person. She was Very rude and impatient. With so much stuff that I bought, I needed time to fill my grocery and pay the bill. She mixed my items with the next person in line and didn’t cooperate or give me a minute as I was wrapping my shopping. On top of that she is taunting me about people waiting in line. Well as a human I have two hands. Wouldn’t want such an unpleasant person serving me next time hopefully.

I bought 100% pure squeezed apple juice from here but this is clearly some kind of horrible cheap mixed juice with sweeteners. When I complained by email I was told to contact just eat but it is clearly a manufacturer issue. I tried to complain by phone but again they tried to pass off responsibility and wasted lots of my time. It must be illegal what they are doing when mislabelled the product but nobody there cared. It could create a serious health and safety issue but they are irresponsible and ignored my warnings.

Parking at rear and cost is deducted from the bill. Pensioners can get 10% discount on Tuesdays. Good choice and lots of bargains...not just frozen food

Although several cases of bare shelves with a number of items out of stock all round a nice store good prices and helpful staff

Easy parking and tills are opened quickly if there's a queue. Friendly staff and usually well stocked.

Fairly good Iceland store but regularly has items missing from stock that we look for, hence losing a star. Has lots of parking at the back of the store which costs £1 but you get back at the till.

Reasonably good mostly frozen and fresh food
