Disability discrimination, myself and my wife with my registered support dog, want to pay, but we got dismissal from the till , the casher said to us was closed, but was an lie, so we went away, and that till was back open with more customers going through. To us it's was clear she did not want disability people at her till. We want something done, or we will not be coming back to shop to an discrimination store.

Absolutely awful. No self checkouts and no staff. Just waited almost half an hour to buy something. I could literally have walked to Tesco, Morrisons, or Lidl in the time it took to get served

Lidl is getting very much like Aldi just lately, they are starting to think customer safety is not very important. Empty milk trolleys just abandoned in the aisle, WHY? When empty, put them in the warehouse, after all that is what the warehouse is for, the shopfloor should be where your customers should feel safe from harm

Always friendly staff, always helpful, good layout & prices, the app is really helpful as well. No wonder I shop here now more than other supermarkets. Keep it up guys & gals :)

Received our sorry croissant yesterday after the app not working properly previously, I've just bitten into it to find lumps of what tastes like cinnamon in it! literally just been sick. What a way to apologise! Absolutely disgusting. Be careful!

I thought Lidl was supposed to be cheap? How is everything in there off brand and yet still the same price as the proper brands. I feel like this defeats the whole purpose of the shop? Like why buy a loaf of Shlopfklopfer from Lidl when you can get a loaf of Kingsmill or something for same price. I swear the only people still shopping here are the ones that have been shopping here for so long that they just assume that it's still the cheapest option. It ain't.
