My husband took our craftsman lawn tractor to be fixed, it's dead, Joe Littorio, he said he could fix it. To the best of my recollection, my husband took it there last year March 2020. My husband has been there numerous times, did talk to Joe maybe 5 times, talked more to his helper. Called several times, I called left messages 2 times...needless to say, we don't have our tractor. We have zero idea if it's fixable, almost fixed, could be fixed and maybe sold to someone for all we know. Joe HAS NOT returned our calls. WOULD NOT recommend Joe to fix a fisher price bubble mower. If I could give a zero I certainly would. Go to the guy on Warwick Ave to have your items fixed 😊

Terrible and he has an excuse for everything. I had an inground sprinkler system installed by Joe. After it was installed a lot of the lines had come to the surface. Joe reburied them, and my landscaper buried them again when they reappeared. I had my lawn aerated in the fall and expected a few punctures but ended up with at least forty throughout the entire yard. I waited for weeks for Joe to show up to fix them and when he did show up it was at 5 PM when the sun was getting ready to set. He said that he finished the back yard although he hadn’t and didn’t touch any in the front yard. I waited several more weeks for him to return and when he didn’t I decided I’d fix them myself. The lines I fixed were buried an inch deep. Certainly they should be deeper. I called Joe again to see when he would be back to finish repairing the lines and to close the system. He came by, again as the sun was setting, and closed the system but did not finish the repair of the punctured lines. He said he was too busy to fix them and that he’d be back when he finished closing everyone else’s sprinkler system for the winter. He never returned. As I turn the system on this spring and begin repairing Joe’s shoddy work I felt it was necessary to warn others, I wouldn’t recommend Joe / East Coast Irrigation for anything.

Very slow service, and questionable workmanship. The power equipment he repaired for me operated for a couple of hours, then the same problem returned. I brought it back to the shop and was told he would get to it in a couple of days. Nine days later and he still had not started on what was likely a warranty repair. To be fair, he is a one-man shop and this is a busy time of year I'm sure, but warranty work should not be placed at the back of the line, and the client should not be told that repairs will take, "a couple of days," on more than one occasion, only to learn that a couple of weeks is much more accurate. At the end of the day I'm out the initial repair bill, nine days of waiting, and still have a broken piece of equipment.
