Tasty little treat to end the day. Wife got a soft-surf swirl cone. Very tasty, soft serve ice cream. Plenty of ice cream for the amount she paid. I got a banana boat and swapped out my cherry topping for strawberry. This is very similar to a banana split only with soft serve.

Life-long customer, will never return after rude and disrespectful treatment. I decided to stop in for ice-cream while on a walk with my dog, a professionally trained support animal welcomed in various mental health facilities for the aid of those plagued with trauma and anxiety disorders. Before entering I made certain that there were no signs prohibiting dogs, there were none. I suspected no issues since I have never been to an ice-cream establishment that doesn't permit dogs so I decided to go in after a moment to allow a few young children to pet my dog. I am always very sure to respect the rules of any establishment and assumed if there was an issue with my well behaved dog, who stood beside my hip, being present that I would be told in a respectful manner; however, what I received was instead a young male worker shouting at me in a condescending tone "No dogs allowed so you with the dog, leave!" I then left without a word as to not escalate this boy's unwarranted aggression. I am willing to forgive a rule that is not welcoming to those walking their pets but the way in which I was scolded was shameful and I have never seen a greater lack of professionalism in all my life. I once had fond memories of this place as a child but after this recent display I could never support a place that treats their customers so poorly.
