Delta Hotels Toledo

I booked two rooms and the large banquet hall for my aunt's 80th birthday celebration. The hotel renovation is great and the location is quiet and visually appealing from various inside locations. Leading up to the event, the staff was very personable and accommodating. They made the guest of honor and myself feel like we were important enough to get their individual attention whenever we contacted them. Chef Mike was phenomenal, not only at making sure our dining preferences were honored but also at making sure he understood our goals for the evening and ensuring that they were met. He wore many hats that weekend and provided excellent, no questions asked service. It has been 24 days since the event and we are still getting compliments about the food, ambiance, and how wonderful our guests' experience was.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! Beautiful brand new hotel and staff that are so friendly. I don't visit Toledo often, but when I do, this is now my go-to hotel. What a major step up from the other tired hotels in the area. The restaurant at the hotel is delicious and SO convenient. My kids love the indoor pool and multilevel gym. I even saw they have a ton of really large and modern event rooms. Can't wait to go back!

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. My room was very quiet. I also got to try a drink from the axis bar (the orange cobbler drink?) and it was amazing. The staff were very kind. My only problem while here was that housekeeping came by my room and woke me up two times before checkout (9:30 and 10) (checkout is at 12). It would’ve been nice to actually sleep in rather than being woken up before i had to get up. Other than that, it was a good stay!

As much as I would like to give this place 5 stars, I have had one bad experience after another. Newly renovated but still same old infrastructure. Tried to get a junior king suit, air conditioning doesn’t work. Got downgraded to a normal king room. Moved rooms, and tried to take a shower, there was regurgitation of the plumbing where old tissue papers were coming out. Elevator broke down as well and I had to use the stairs. I feel like to cut cost, they haven’t upgraded their old infrastructure. Not something I expect from a premium brand. Would not recommend

It was a dark and stormy night & I had just finished one of the most intense work travel trips I've had in 20 yrs. I was getting sleepy while driving home and realized it was best to stop for the night. I went to Delta because it was $123 for the night on Google & I just wanted a place to rest. best hotel I've been at in years! This paradise was low priced, free Starbucks and food (for marriott members) great facility! Premium staff. I'd live here if I could. I was sad to leave.

Stayed here one night for work and the rooms were not very clean. Ants on the desk and dust on almost all flat surfaces. There's so much space around the doors that the lights and noise from the hallway keep you up. Had rude awakening at 1am to people partying in the parking lot to which the cops finally showed up. Extremely disappointing when being a loyal marriott traveler.

My parents stayed here while in town to see my presentation at UT. They had a great big room. Nice comfy chair to watch Netflix, plus the dinner at the restaurant downstairs was amazing. I had the risotto, it was probably one of the better places I have been to in Toledo. When I came to meet my parents, Matthew at the front desk was very nice and offered me water while I waited. Plus it’s the closest hotel to campus.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Axis Lounge for the second time, and it did not disappoint! The atmosphere is inviting and vibrant, making it a great spot for a meal. On my first visit, I indulged in chicken and waffles, duck fat fries, and fried wild mushrooms—all of which were outstanding. This time, I opted for the double cut pork chop served with puréed sweet potatoes and roasted carrots. It was cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. My companions chose the risotto, steak, and clams, and everyone was equally thrilled with their meals. The drinks were fantastic as well, enhancing the overall experience. The lounge is located inside the beautifully renovated Delta Hotel, adding to the charm. I highly recommend Axis Lounge for anyone looking for amazing food and a great atmosphere!

A Wonderful Stay at Delta by Marriott Toledo From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay at Delta by Marriott Toledo exceeded expectations. The staff was warm, professional, and truly attentive to every detail. Check-in was smooth and welcoming. The room was spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable — with thoughtful touches like quality linens, ample outlets, and a well-designed workspace. The bed was perfect for a great night's sleep, and the bathroom was both clean and spacious. We loved the amenities as well. The lobby was stylish and inviting, and the on-site restaurant offered a great menu with delicious food and drinks. It was also nice having a fitness center and plenty of parking available. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, this hotel strikes a perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

I'm getting married next summer and stayed at the hotel to try it out while I was visiting family in the area. We've been looking at multiple different hotels in the area for our wedding block but our recent stay just solidified the fact that we would be choosing the Delta! The girl in the sales office is so helpful, and the hotel is perfect. It's brand new so I loved how clean and crisp everything was. We had a good time in the pool and gym, and the food in their restaurant was fantastic. I'm so relieved we found this hotel and know that our guests will be well taken care of when they stay.

My first time staying at a Delta Marriott. It was so pretty and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The restaurant Axis was so so good. I had the best bolognese pasta in my life there. The location for my visit wasn’t the greatest but I’d still stay there. The location for other visitors I’m sure is a prime spot.

Very happy with the location, friendly staff, and fantastic swimming pool! Has a new feel to it, everything was clean! Lobby area was a little warm June, but our room had great AC. Will stay here again.
