I told them we were moving paid in advance and let them know we have a elderly veteran grandfather we paid for two weeks not to mention we plan on paying every two weeks we've moved from Florida. We weren't here three days before they gave the room away and kicked me us on the streets cold and no where to go. That's this hotel stay away. My grandpa needs medication and they are the only hotel that accepts mail. Unless you want your family to suffer in the cold and potentially die stay the heck away from here.

Positive: I was there during the coldest winter weather in 3 years. I am thankful that I had adequate heat, a hot shower and believe it or not a warm bed. The office desk person provided me with a warm blanket and flatware for the kitchen. Negative: The write up about this hotel is deceiving. It was NOT as described. The kitchen is not fully equipped. No coffee pot. There is no breakfast as noted. The closet didn't have doors or hangers for my clothes. The towels were dime store quality.

Any review on here over 1 star is either fake or by seriously messed up individuals. This place is so disgusting. Sure, staff might be friendly but the rooms are horrible. We were only there for 5 minutes and left.

We came here cause new windows were being put in our home. The room we were assigned was nothing like pics. Smelled old, old furniture, no toilet paper ( kleenex was there for toilet paper. Scratches on furniture, closet door broken off. No dishes, pots, pans etc. I refused to sleep here. I guess it's good for homeless person stay, beats living on streets Good thing I have freshener and disinfectant spray.

We are currently staying here until emergency housing opens up. It has been a very pleasant experience! The rooms are huge, bigger than most apartments. Maintenance and housekeeping respects your living space while you’re staying. They are very accommodating, allowed us to replace our tv due to a small dent in the corner. It’s not like anything you’d see for 100-200$ a night, but if you’re not picky, it’s an amazing place to stay.

I stayed in a 3-room apartment for 2 weeks while I visited family and friends. It was great to have an apartment with full kitchen, living area and separate bedroom instead of just a hotel room. The staff were all friendly and helpful. When I thought I lost my room key, they were very nice about it. (Thankfully, I found the key just before checking out!) While the apartment and furniture are a bit worn, it was clean and comfortable, and a great value for the money. I would definitely stay there again.

This place is very worn/rundown and situated behind a shopping center loading docks. Other than price point nothing interesting about this place!!
