We love Cappello. We’re vegetarian and gluten free and not many places offer this. The selection is great and the staff are so accommodating. We visit at different times and it never disappoints. The atmosphere and service is wonderful whether it’s busy or quiet. Thank you Capello for being our favourite!

Attended Capello’s for a meal out with a large group of work colleagues. The staff were really friendly and helpful and got all our food out quickly and correctly. All the meals were lovely and everyone really enjoyed the meal. There was great options for the gluten free and vegetarian members of the group. The atmosphere is lovely! Will definitely be returning.

One of the friendliest lounges ive ever been to! We were greeted by Lydia at the door, who explained the ordering process and made our cocktails (delicious by the way) we were also served by Matt who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The two of them were super friendly and attentative and the service and food was impeccable😊

I ordered the cookie dough and ice cream pudding on a date with my bf and it had a bit of plate in it. I would have been okay if they handled it in a good way but they said they'd email my bf about the changes that they made and they would have go change all the crockery and have the health and safety inspector but I never heard back from them again. Would highly recommend to not go

I’ve been on a tour of the country, and this is the first time I’ve experience 10/10 hospitality. Ben and Martin were absolutely superb at their job. Tended to my every need, everything was done with a smile. Real people who care about their customers. Made me wish I’d lived in Stoke!

Visited for my daughters 17th , and it was a very nice evening. Situated in middle of Newcastle high street , we were told no need to order unless groups of 6+ , they were busy but got a table straight away . Really nice place inside , light shades everywhere , dim lights , music , chatter and a really relaxed atmosphere. Great selection of food and drink , I had the 3 for £12 tapas which was delicious. Highly recommended, dogs a welcome aswell

For a chain restaurant it's actually pretty good. The food all seems really freshly prepared and the staff are friendly. My only niggle is I'd prefer table service but it's not really a big thing. I do like their tapas dishes. The decor is pretty funky too.
