Came around 11am, after morning rush and before lunch, so not crowded at all. I got the greek wrap. Flavors were OK, dripping with oil and sitting in a puddle on the plate when I got it. It was just OK. But that and a diet coke costs $17.01. Doesn't come with any extra like a pickle spear or chips, none available for purchase either. A cup of soup or pastry item can be purchased to supplement your meal. I only visit when I am nearby and I need something. Better suited for meeting friends over coffee and pastries, which is their specialty.

So, when I go home to New Orleans , I must visit Haydel's Bakery. If I can't, I head to Caffe Caffe! 🥰🥰🥰🥰 The turtles are a must-have!

This is supposed to be medium latter with 2 shots but i got flavored milk. You can obviously see in the picture that this is straight milk with no espresso. When I went to ask about it the girl at the counter was very rude and refused to make me a new one or add espresso shot. I had multiple people try it and they all said no coffee in the latte. Save your money and go literally anywhere else bc atleast thell put caffeine in there. Btw I was a barista so I would know.

Caffe Caffe has been here for a long time, but I had only been here a couple times until I started dating my girlfriend… she loves the place so we often come here for coffee before work. I can’t think of a single negative thing about this place. The coffee selection is diverse - hot, cold, and frozen, with plenty of varieties for hot and cold coffees. The frozen coffee is my fave, though - and goes best with breakfast (at least to me it does). What sets this place apart - and has earned it the extremely loyal clientele - is the food. They serve breakfast items, eggs, bacon, biscuits/croissants, breakfast sandwiches, and so forth. Every single item I’ve tried is absolutely terrific. And they cook the bacon how it is meant to be cooked: CRISPY! My personal favorite is the scrambled egg, cheese, and bacon in a spinach wrap. But the breakfasts are (again, to me) not the stars of Caffe Caffe’s food menu. They have an amazing selection of desserts, which are all made in house. Key Lime Pie, Lemon Icebox Pie, other pies and cakes, berries/yogurt/etc… I singled out the Lemon and Lime pies because they are my absolute favorites, I can’t get them too often (I’m a little fat 😂) but when I do, I savor every bite. The service is impeccable! The staff are always friendly, polite, and they are very fast. I’ve seen some of the same people for years - which indicates they know how to run a business correctly and have happy employees - which makes all the difference in the world. The atmosphere is usually lively, with no fluorescent lighting in the dining area. Good music is always playing, and extra credit for not playing Christmas music until after Thanksgiving. There is outdoor seating available as well, and that’s wonderful for those perfect weather days. There is plenty of parking, but the parking lot often fills up… I have been here when I had to park at the far end of the lot (closer to West Esplanade) but I can always find a spot someplace. This is one of my fave places to relax; great coffee, food, and service. I’ll continue to be a regular patron for as long as they’re here.

I wanted something light for an early lunch. I tried the Avocado wrap and it was absolutely amazing! I told myself I was only going to eat half, but I couldn't help but to finish it off! I remembered to take a pic during the last few bites 😩🤣... The staff was super friendly. This was actually my first time here, and I highly recommend.

Went to get a cup of coffee before going to the hospital. First time there. The lady behind the counter was so courteous and helped me pick out the best latte. It had honey,oat milk, and some other ingredients I can not remember. Great place I will return.

I have a family member in the Hospital and we called to place an order and a very rude lady answered the phone and even my family members with me could hear how she was speaking to me. It was worse in person..she was extremely sarcastic and condescending. She said she has worked there for 30 years. We have been going to Cafe Cafe for 30 years and never have we ever experienced anything like this. After speaking to me like a hearing impaired child when I had questions about the menu , made it difficult to understand her. I orderd a shrimp salad which she said only comes with shrimp and egg , and I said lettuce and she said of course. I said please make sure there are no tomatoes. When I arrived there were tomatoes on my salad, I said I cannot eat them , she sarcastically said " oh maybe you have a allergy to them, I replied I do". Then she sarcastically said "OH SORRY"while she laughed.."would you like us to remove them" . I said No, I want the salad remade. So that was an ordeal and very unpleasant experience. Cafee Cafee is not cheap and to have to deal with a miserable rude employee is just not worth going there. They have a sign on the door Now Hiring, they need to get better, more caring people to represent their business.

My first time eating here and I tried the avocado salad with chicken salad on top. It was very, very good! Sadly, my friend got the same thing so I didn't get to try something else. She said she has been coming here for years and really likes it so I would venture to say it's definitely worth a shot! Oh! And I got a blueberry muffin to take home. I didn't taste it but it really does look scrumptious.

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to bring to your attention a serious incident that occurred during my visit to your location on July 31, 2025, at approximately 4:15 PM. This was my first time dining at your establishment, and after carefully reviewing the menu, I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Wrap, which did not list any nuts among its ingredients. Unfortunately, after consuming half of the wrap, I began experiencing symptoms of an allergic reaction. Upon inspecting the remaining portion of the wrap, I discovered it was visibly topped with what appeared to be slivered nuts (possibly almonds or walnuts). I immediately informed the staff, who offered to either make me a new wrap or package the original one to go. Their response indicated a lack of understanding regarding the life-threatening severity of nut allergies. Due to the reaction, I had to seek emergency medical attention as my throat began to swell and close. I followed up with the on-duty manager the next morning (August 1, 2025) to report the incident. While she did apologize, she questioned whether I was certain that nuts were on the wrap. I confirmed again that I showed the wrap to the staff at the time of the incident, who witnessed the contamination before I rushed to the ER. While I appreciate the apology, this type of mistake is extremely serious and can be fatal if not immediately addressed. I strongly urge your team to review your allergy protocols, ensure ingredient accuracy, and train staff on how to respond appropriately in these situations. Please treat this matter with urgency to help prevent a similar situation from happening to someone else.
