completely ignored by staff Waited 20 mins after driving to restaurant after order was placed, then i was discriminated against when asked for the order they kept marking the order ready for pickup and didn't hand it to me for another 5 mins. atrocious customer service ignoring the store and focusing only on drive thru and FAKING THEIR ORDER TIMES in their own system!!!

Waited 20 minutes for chicken nuggets, which are overcooked. Tacos were not supposed to have lettuce but did.

They didn’t give cried card back and then when called they were rude and basically said you’re out of luck. Mind you they had us pull forward so their auto rating service wouldn’t report how slow they were

New taco in jtown area, going down hill, you don't see much to anyone at lunch time there, they only have taco stuff no long John silver, they were making the food right but now forget it! They are putting HALF the meat on the tacos today, I know I was there several times, its like they don't care. It needs to be a combination taco and long John silver restaurant like. Most of them. But the employee does not want that she said it would be too busy. Humm.... their doors will close if they don't, I see it coming. After paying for food, I got half the amount I'm done. Don't waste your money or time. They need to close it!!!

It used to be a bank and now it's a Taco Bell. Who woulda thunk it. Pretty sure they keep the Baja Blast in the old bank vault

We dined in and needed a bowl because a burrito was wrapped incorrectly and fell apart. We asked 3 people for a plate or bowl and they shook their heads yes and ignored us for 5 minutes hoping we would go away. We were the only people in the restaurant. I had to raise my voice and the 3 people came to help and we realized that they did not understand English. We had to point to things in their kitchen. The food was room temperature and the meat tasted weird. We paid extra to add lettuce to a burrito and didnt get it and gave up trying to explain it. I'm a fan of Taco Bell and this one is new....I will try again in a few months.

Absolute trash location. They made my order incorrectly and refused to make it correctly. So I paid for three soft tacos that I could not even eat. Will never come to this location again.

Got about $30 worth of food soon as we paid our food is right there in a matter of minutes quick fast and reliable service right here
