Stayed at the hotel because I was traveling for business and would only be needing a rooms to sleep in for the night. The room was very clean and the sheets are clean. Free Wi-Fi was nice to have. The bathroom and shower are both very clean. I did not have any problems with employes or with my stay at all. Great hotel for a stop through. Hotel is a little old, but has been kept up just fine.

My girlfriend and I stayed here on Nov 5, 2011 on our way from Florida to Athens, GA. It is an old motel, very basic and economical - $40 per night with taxes. The room was large and clean but very dated - this was okay for us. Had a good nights sleep and a nice shower with a window in the bathroom. Free wifi as well. Unfortunately at 10:45 AM the next day the phone rang and an abrupt voice said "check out time" and hung up on me. We were just finishing packing to be out by 11 and I thought we had lost track of time, but it was still 15 minutes to check out. When I checked out I complimented the manager on the cleanliness of the hotel, but went on to mention that the rude call was not warranted - we were not late leaving and if he wanted to call to remind us a "good morning" would have been appreciated. The manager lost it on me, ranting about how people often had sex right at check out time, then told me off with an expletive as I was leaving. I'd love to recommend the motel as it is a quaint little place, but the management has some anger issues - don't go near it.

Bed bugs, roaches and the ugliest staff. Went to Western Motel the 3rd night and is nicer, clean and surprisingly es cheaper than the nasty Budget Inn. If you visit Eatonton GA don't stay in Budget Inn , you will regret it.

He asked, so I told the owner that 3 ppl were staying in the room(2 adults and 1 child). He told me it cost $58. After he swiped and charged my debit card, he told me it would be an additional $5 for the child. Once I said I want a refund for his false advertisement, he charged me a $3 fee for the refund and said it will take 2 days before the $58 will return to my bank account. The $3 was taken immediately though. I had to drive 20 minutes down the road to the next motel. If you charge an additional $5 for a child, TELL THE CUSTOMER BEFORE YOU CHARGE THEM FOR THE ROOM. I filed a police report. I will not be returning and I will be calling corporate in the morning.

Very rude and unclean. Our home burned down and Christian outreach paid for us to stay. My children walked outside and were ordered in yelling this isn't your house I watch you from window. Then check out is 11:00. This idiot calls at 10:00 Check out time now. Very UnAmerica, hates children, and worth maybe $20 a night if you avoid the shower. I suggest cleaning, customer service and English lessons.

I checked in and paid for 2 nights and after the first night they told me I had to pay for another night. I drove 500 miles to provide FREE entertainment for a community event. Real nice, Budget Inn. These rooms are terribly over priced for this run down motel. Do yourself a favor and stay at the OTHER motel in Eatonton.

The guy in charge SCRATCHED his barenaked feet with the hand he's handling my credit card. Not to mention that he was very rude and seemed to be judging me after I wiped out my card with an alcohol pad. Price is high and they don't have Wi-Fi. Terrible service and place.

All I can say is the room was clean. The attention was not really great, more like rude judging by the clipped answers to muy questions... There was a miriad of cords hanging from the ceiling towards the tv and air conditioner, and the Wallis had a weirdy plastered appearance. So, clean yes. If that is enough for you, then you can certainly spend the night in this place. I won't next time I'm around this town.

I stayed there sometime 2 years ago me and my mom went up there to see her grandchildren, and we went to the ice machine. She fell down outside manager, just stared at you. And we sent them my hospital bill
