I am extremely pleased with the repair! Let me just say that before I say anything else. The process not so much. Everytime I called up there they couldn’t find my name or confused me with someone else. The turn around time took 3 weeks and I live in Florida. Lack of communication was ridiculous! I called to check on progress, they had no answer for me, or the time they did it, they confused for someone out of Illinois. Another time I was told mine was beyond repair and I would have to buy a $1600 one, that was a Monday. Then I called that Friday to check on it and they said oh yeah it’s been done since yesterday. (MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT LOOSE YOUR TRACKING NUMBER OR INFO) They don’t take payment over the phone either it’s some link that takes you to their website to pay through there. With that being said my “FICM” was repair and my truck is running smoothly it has a one year warranty. Definitely know what they are doing. Just the lack of customer service/support was unreal.

Their website claims 2-3 day turn around. It did take my dash about over a month. Fortunately I wasn’t in a hurry. On week 4 I reached out and spoke to someone and they advised they had to order parts which had an extended ETA but they should have it done by the end of the week. Received a call saying they repaired the immediate issue but also addressed several other items that they expected to be an issue in the near future. Very happy with the professionalism of the individual I spoke with and the product was repaired. No additional costs and received 2 days after the repair. I would use them again.

Exceptional Turbo Actuator Repair Service! I recently had my turbo actuator repaired and couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. The team was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. They diagnosed the issue quickly, repaired it perfectly, and ensured everything was functioning as it should. The turnaround time was impressive, and they kept me informed throughout the process. My vehicle is running better than ever, with noticeable improvements in performance and responsiveness. Their pricing was fair, and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. If you’re experiencing issues with your turbo actuator, I highly recommend their service. It’s clear they take pride in their work and truly value customer satisfaction! Ask for Lisa.

First part we received was faulty. Returned and received replacement. Returned the core (confirmed delivery through USPS) for a refund on the 225.00 deposit. 3 months later, no refund, no communication. I've called and emailed multiple times and no one has responded. They won't be getting my business again.

These guys are straight scammers. I ordered a FICM for our duramax. Paid $2133.00 including the core/shipping fee of $255. It lasted less than 2 months with only 250 miles and quit. Contacted them and they refused to talk to me until I sent the core in. When I informed them we had no core they told me I had no warranty. And then refuse to respond back to me by email. I call and the guy on the phone claims he’s just a messenger and that I have to communicate by email, which they won’t respond to. They stole $2133 from me and I will also leave a bad review with eBay as well. Don’t blow your hard earned money on these unprofessionals.

ATE is a great reliable company for rebuilt parts. We ordered a control module for our 1998 corvette, and it came quickly, looking like new and worked perfectly. I had a slight user error when ordering through the website but Leista in the support dept was great. She was very patient with me, responsive and worked through my issue until resolved. Everything about ATE was a great experience.

I found and purchased their ABS module repair service through Ebay. I started feeling worried when I saw all these negative reviews after I had already shipped my part to them. I just hoped for the best at that point. I was able to get ahold of customer service by calling them directly to request repair status, and through ebay messenger. Turn around time was about a week and a half. The ABS module was repaired as advertised, the fault codes and lights on the dash are now gone. Thanks Auto & Truck Electronics team!

SCAMMERS! I dropped an International Turbo actuator to get repair ($289) the lady said in 3 days will be ready after a week I called them to get an update and I was told that my part couldn't get repair, they offered me a refurbished for $789 + $225 (core), So I paid them $1000+ for that "refurbished" but they didn't give me back my part saying that, the old part is for warranty purposes. WTH! You kept the old part saying that couldn't repaired it and also charged me $225 for the core. On top of that, I called 3 times on Friday to make sure the part will be ready for pick up next Monday and I was told that it will be ready, well I went this morning Tuesday 9am and the part wasn't ready. STRAIGHT SCAMMERS I will filed a complaint with the BBB Why you didn't refund the core? You keep the part and refund the core. That's how it works.
