Lovely and spacious room for 4. Nice view, very warm and friendly greeting by Keith. Very clean room and lots of space for a family of 4. Nice location to go for a walk or see something by foot. The Best place we rented so far on a 4 weeks trip. Free parking behind house. Can definitely recommend and we would love to come back.

Great welcome from the host, lovely cleanly presented hallways and the room was spotless. We were upgraded to a larger room with a quayside view, whilst en route, which was a lovely surprise. Comfy beds, tv, towels, toiletries, hospitality tray, bottled water. Everything we needed, nothing we didn't. Tasteful minimalist decor. We only stayed one night, but it was a very comfortable one.

Spotlessly clean room with harbour view. Friendly welcome from owner. Good email instructions in advance. On site parking and pub for food next door. Room functional but had basic amenities including decent towels and tea and coffee making facilities. Perfect for a 1 or 2 night stay, or longer if you don’t mind a drive to other places. Would recommend.

We visited in September for a 2 night stay and booked Room 6 the suite at the top of the property - beautiful suite with fabulous views of the harbour from the arched window. Amanda and Keith are fabulous hosts - very knowledgeable of the area, recommending restaurants to visit, which we enjoyed. Please be aware that restaurants close at approx 9pm if you arrive to the town late. Eyemouth is a pretty coastal town - perfect to decompress from a busy life.

We stayed as a family of three (2 adults, 1 child) and were really impressed with the newly renovated rooms at the Ship’s Quarter in Eyemouth. The space was bright, modern, and very comfortable – plenty of room for all of us. Great location near the harbour, and everything was clean and well thought out. A perfect base for exploring the area. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful location on the quayside, and convenient for several bars and restaurants. The lounge area (room 6) was lovely, but I felt the bedroom was quite small and basic for the price we paid. Self check-in, which worked fine, no complaints, but I think 1 or 2 nights would be a maximum.|You can watch the seals in the harbour from the lounge window - lovely.

We stayed a couple of nights here and after reading all the reviews we ended up disappointed. We were told that the only remaining room did not have a sea view (which wasn't a problem) but it was also very small for a double with a tiny window. We found it pretty claustrophobic and the shower room was also very small. It was also very noisy from the seagulls that seemed to gather on the flat roof outside. Furthermore when you take into account that this has none of the benefits of a hotel ( such as reception breakfast etc) and is a guest house we thought the offer was fairly poor for the price and we would not recommend it.
