All products purchased through an authorized retailer must follow the return policies of the retailer and cannot be returned to VoroMotors (VORO) directly except in cases of warranty claims.Unopened and unused electric scooters may be returned within 3 business days of delivery and will not incur a restocking fee upon successful return. Opened merchandise with less than 20 miles of usage recorded by the scooter's odometer may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, and will incur a 10% restocking fee upon successful return. Opened merchandise with more than 20 miles of usage recorded by the scooter's odometer may be returned within 30 business days of delivery, and will incur a 20% restocking fee upon successful return. Final Sale items do not qualify for returns or refunds. Please read Returns and Exchanges for more information on our policy.
All refunds will be issued in the form of gift cards.
All new EMOVE, Kaabo, Inmotion electric scooters, and E Ride E-Bikes purchased through VORO and its dealers come with a standard one (1) year limited warranty. Other VORO products including certified refurbished models come with a 6 month limited warranty policy while Final Sale products do not come with warranty, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
If your product gets damaged or needs repair outside of the warranty period, you can DIY repairs as we have spare parts and accessories in our store.

I'd say one a tad bit longer might be better only cause u lose a bit of steering radius but in the grand scheme of things the stability you gain is well worth the trade off. I can run my mantis king way faster than before and not feel like I'm gonna crash.
These tires are expensive, but they are of very high quality. I’m impressed by how quiet they are on the road compared to the knobby or hybrid tires. Highly recommended if you ride primarily on the street!

The scooter was lost in delivery and Extend was able to grant me a virtual credit card to cover the cost of ordering another one. Read the fine print, it's not a straight up refund and instead a 'virtual credit card' that can only be used at the vendor to buy from them again.
