My bike recently stopped working, so I reached out to Voro for assistance. They promptly sent me a new controller and even spent 30 minutes on a video call with Levin to guide me through the installation. I’m all the way in Utah, but their support made it feel like I was getting in-person service. I learned a few new things about my bike during the process, which was really helpful. A big thanks to Levin, Jim Brian, who all played a part in getting my bike back up and running. From reporting the issue to receiving and installing the controller, the whole process took about 1.5 weeks, mostly due to the shipping time for the controller. So I was debating on buying one And so I finally bought one, but when it came, it came kind of damage so I reach out to voro motors to tell them that it was kind of damage and they asked one or two questions take a couple pictures and they are Arrange to send me a new one might take a little bit longer than I expected but finally got here. Just picked up my new bike from Voro Manhattan in East Village—finally, a spot in NYC that carries it! I’ve been eyeing this bike for a while, but I really wanted to check it out in person first. Top-notch quality for the price, and so much fun to ride. My 16-year-old loves it! I ended up getting two so we could ride together. Picked them up in Panorama City, just a 40-minute drive from Santa Monica. Definitely recommend these bikes!
