Very rude female shop assistant. My 88 years old mum asked to have her shopping splitting into two carriers. I DON'T BAG SHOPPING. I ONLY DO WHAT I HAVE TO. Was the reply. That also included not providing or offering a receipt.

Staff seem friendly enough but the layout of the store is a bit confusing, probably because of the type of old building it is but unfortunately a lot of the shelves are often empty and products that are there don’t match the pricing label for that space.

It's a bit rubbish really for vegetarian/ vegan selection, especially as it's January. It was a token effort on their part. Not even much fresh fruit. I know it's a small store, but they could sell plant based rather than several varieties of other stuff.

Poorly laid out. Hardly any of Tesco own brand stock in the shop, so it’s not ideal if your on a budget. Fresh meat section is 5 shelves of burgers mince and chicken. Yet the stuff to make sandwiches and fill a lunchbox takes up just about all the chillers. I would of expected more from Tesco.

I asked a lovely young man with a splendid mullet where I could find the beans. Without a second of thought, he directed me right too it It made me feel so warm and welcome. Thank you youngen

Terrible smell like something is dead in the fridge, wouldn’t give me my parcel without ID they usually dont ask as i know a couple of people there , made me walk all the way back to my car at the back to get my disability badge as ID despite i showed him my Evri app telling me my parcels were ready , had a terrible attitude, will used the petrol station from now on at least they’re polite

The full shop smells of BO due to one member of staffs hygiene. Been like this for month's now, would recommend tesco take action as they are losing customers.
