PANNA COFFEE

Genuinely the worst breakfast I've had in a long time, I hate to complain and leave a bad review anywhere but this was the "Mexican brunch" I had, it was described to have shallots in it, chorizo, cumin etc. it was basically snotty eggs and a few leaves of spinach. Gutted I was just robbed £16 in here - awful. And the toilet is disgusting.

Poor experience. Overpriced food, and took over 40mins for 2 simple dishes, despite it not being busy at all. £22 for a baguette (£9.50) and then some eggs with bacon with a slice of brown toast (£12.50!!!)…rip off! Don’t mind paying premium prices if you get premium food, but this wasn’t good at all. Sorry!

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews, I didn't try the food but the coffee was really good. Had a takeaway flat white, would rate it 8/10. No queues and had a nice coffee house atmosphere.

Really slow service. We waited a while at the bar and then 15 mins for 2 drinks (a hot chocolate and a latte). It wasn't particularly busy either. The drinks were lovely, and the latte art was a nice addition. They do food, but we didn't have time to try this time.

Me and my partner visited Panna Coffee in the early afternoon of the 8th of August, and did not have an enjoyable experience. We ordered a milkshake and a coffee, both of which took 35 minutes to arrive. We also ordered 2 baguettes/ sandwhiches, which took 45 minutes to arrive, and arrived cold, with the egg massively undercooked, still slightly raw. We were very disappointed, and when we raised this issue to a member of staff, he said he could only offer us a £5 refund as this was ‘all we have in the till’. He explained that it was only him and another member of kitchen staff, and neither of them seemed to know how to take orders, make coffees and deal with refunds. Our order came to £35, and I can send bank statements as receipts. Overall, we were very disappointed.

Ordered 2 baguettes from here. Food took 45 minutes to arrive. 2 members of staff didn’t have much clue on how to take orders, let alone make the food as they had been left to run the restaurant themselves. Many people asking for refunds or money off the bill. Not sure if it’s been caught on a bad day or the usual, but it was very poor and disappointing. Don’t visit.

A cozy coffee place, self ordering service. Its a good place to hang out with friends. Foor is good. Nothing exceptional. The menu is just mainstream. Coffee is good.

Put margarine on my toast when I didn’t want any (would have been fine with real butter). Asked for extra hot latte, but it came out a normal temperature. Girlfriend’s iced latte came in a plastic cup instead of a glass. Gave us one of those paper straws, which we don’t like either.
