Costa Coffee

I popped into this costa coffee as it was raining and I've hot a toddler with me in a buggy. I asked for a hot chocolate with a shot of mint( if they had it, it's like drinking a polo mint, yummy) the older guy serving me said" yes we do have mint" brilliant, I said. But then a younger assistant said" you cant have that till Friday, cos it's in our Xmas range. WOW!!! IT WAS SITTING ON THE SHELF BUT HE WOULD NOT SELL IT...WHAT A SHAME !!!!!

I’m genuinely disappointed with my recent visit to Costa Coffee. The staff seemed inexperienced and untrained — they looked confused and unsure, which reflected in the service. My coffee was made with scalded milk, which completely ruined the taste. On top of that, the cup was filled to the brim, leaving no room for foam or proper presentation. No crema, no texture — just a hot mess. I usually enjoy Costa, but this visit really missed the mark. I hope they invest more in training their staff and maintaining quality standards, because this was far from the experience I expected.

Good quick service, Ordered Americano with whipped cream, always friendly staff at Chesham Costa, busy environment, nice decorative atmosphere, comfortable seating Popular setting with regulars and families , fairly newly decorating, fresher paint and decoration Kept clean, a mixture of new staff , still friendly and quick service Friendly staff from all backgrounds with adds diversity culture into a Costa experience Views of Chesham - Chesham in Bloom - keeping Chesham clean, tidy , nice appearance , Appreciate council's efforts along with other charitable groups that keep Chesham looking presentable Recently, the ground floors have just been polished, and seating rearranged Chesham in Bloom shown in photos with colourful (green) boxes or pad-mounted transformers

It's ok, plenty of seating but the cake was a bit stale and dry. Also, I think the barista was having an off day but then, don't we all?!

Met a friend for a coffee, I thought I would treat my friend because she had broken her leg. The service was good and the drinks were nice but shame about the atmosphere and the harassment I got from the staff. My daughter and her friend were sitting drinking their drinks and because my daughter had ADHD she finds it hard to keep still at the table, her feet are all over the place but she sat with her friend quietly. The member of staff came over to tell me to tell our children to keep their feet off the chairs & tables. Which at the time they weren’t but I must admit at one point they were but I told my daughter to keep her feet off the seats. Then the second time another member of staff told me to get the children to take off their shoes! I was astounded by this. I’ve been to many Costa coffee shops before and never had a problem. I will definitely not be coming to this shop again.

Really friendly staff, welcoming and attentive a real credit to Costa. Coffee was made really quickly so was my panini

Great coffee place to relax and have a drink with friends. Really nice decor and good selection of drinks

An especially good Costa - usually with a good range of the chain’s vegan options (just missing the lotus cheesecake you find at their “stores of the future”), with a friendly team and a large space. The interior is larger and better configured than many making it an excellent place to work.
