Tesco Superstore

A well-laid-out store with a good range of essentials and fresh produce. Shelves are usually well stocked, and the parking is convenient. The real advantage comes with using a Clubcard — the discounts make a noticeable difference and often make the shop feel much better value. Staff are generally pleasant, though at busy times the tills can move a little slowly. Overall, a solid place for everyday shopping, especially if you’re making the most of the Clubcard offers.

This is my local store and I’m not going to lie, there have been issues in the past. However, since the makeover/upgrade in store it’s a really lovely modern store. Today I went in on my own for the first time since having major surgery. I needed a trolley as I can’t carry much and was feeling a bit vulnerable. I got to the coffee/tea aisle and there was no Tesco own brand Earl Grey. There was a man called Jack restocking the shelves and he asked if I needed help. He proceeded to scan the barcode, search for me, and then went out the back and searched the delivery out back. He came back with 2 boxes just in case, which is what I actually wanted unbeknownst to Jack. I was so grateful as I was feeling a bit nervous and delicate. What a super kind chap! Not all heroes were capes, Jack! Thank you! Tesco - you should be proud of an employee like Jack, unlike a couple of the youngsters often on self checkout who just look surly! Keep up the good work!

During the refurbishment, the man with the ‘I'm here to help’ sign has been providing outstanding service at a time of change and a lot of stock movement. I think his name is Jack He went out of his way to get me six bottles of wine when the shelf was empty. I didn’t drink them all myself - they were for a party! Anyway, he was a complete lifesaver. Many thanks, Jack.

This looks like a common theme over the past month or so... Went to Tesco tonight to grab milk reay for the morning. It was closed before midnight. Doors completely locked. Staff inside with the music blaring loudly. Gave 3 stars because when it is open, staff on the tills always really friendly, helpful and chatty.

The Dogs Trust bod now has a place inside, whereas charities used to be confined to rhe foyer. I get fed up with being accosted shopping. P

Just want to say about Jack k in Bishop Cleeve store, as store is getting a revamp and things been moved around and Jack has come to our aid everytime when we need something he would go out his way to find the shopping we need, Just want to say big thank you Jack :)

Awful. Got a parking fine that they are forcing me to pay because I parked in P&C and popped in to get some bits for the kids and they didn't come out with me. There were plenty of spaces free an no sigs by P&C. They cleverly put them around other areas..... I will not shop there again which means they are losing a lot more than £40 going forward. Jobsworths!!!!!

I was recently visiting a friend in Bishops Cleeve when I popped into your store. I would like to express my gratitude towards a gentleman on checkouts named Jack. He served me and has outstanding customer service, and went beyond the call of duty to ensure I got exactly what I came into store for (especially as some shelves were empty) . I was having a bit of a bad day , and Jacks infectious, cheerfulness and chatty nature and smile certainly helped and was just what I needed. Jack should receive recognition for his excellent service. I noticed as I left the following customer also thanked him for being so helpful. Next time I’m in store I will certainly look out for his till. Many thanks.
