This is a solid spot for tea lovers with a cozy, stylish interior and a popular vibe - there’s usually a line, but they work fast, and there are a few benches inside to wait comfortably. The atmosphere definitely adds to the experience. Their menu includes a variety of cream-topped teas, milk teas, coffee drinks, smoothies, and fresh teas, with most drinks ranging from $4.50 to $6.95. There's also a nice selection of unique items like tiramisu foam toppings and creative seasonal specials. That said, I do wish they had more variety in their fruit tea options. Right now, the choices are mostly limited to strawberry, lemon, orange, and grapefruit, it’d be great to see more seasonal or tropical fruit flavors in the mix. Another thing to note: this is one of those places where the boba itself isn’t sweet. Personally, I found that 50% sweetness in the strawberry boba tea wasn't enough when I wanted something on the lighter but still “classic” sweet side - I’d recommend going with at least 80% sweetness for better balance. Also, the boba pearls are served hot and tend to be a bit bland compared to others I’ve had elsewhere. Overall though, it’s a nice place to treat yourself, but honestly, it’s not worth waiting in line for 40 minutes or making a special trip just to come here. Maybe - just maybe - for the tiramisu topping, which is pretty unique and tasty. Otherwise, it’s a nice place if you’re nearby, but not a must-visit. I am attaching their digital version of the menu for the future.

Yeah it's a solid place I'd come back to every now and then but definitely not my go-to. Boba Milk Tea is my love language, so I have high expectations. I was not "blown away" but it definitely has a unique taste. The design and overall aesthetics are superb. Something you can be proud of taking a photo, I guess. My wife loves it and because of her I'd come back. But those lines have definitely deterred me away. I'd come 10-15 min before opening because there'll be a line forming already (even on a weekday). I wish they'd maybe implement a online ordering system but I assume that might lead to longer wait times for the folks in line and I can see them surcharging that. Overall, go ahead and try it. Plan ahead unless you don't mind waiting in long lines. But I believe hype definitely plays a part into it. Even though there's something unique about the place-- I don't feel I'm missing out a ton by going to other places.

Omomo is a popular boba shop in Irvine. This is my second time here and the drinks were solid. The line was really long as usual. We waited around 20-30 minutes to get in and order. I liked everything I got, so I understand why their store is so crowded. Though I'm not sure if the long wait is worth it every time. * Omomo Matcha 5/5 - This was the perfect combination of matcha and milk. It was sweet, milky, and tasty. I liked this the best out of the three drinks I got. * Strawberry Tornado 5/5 - This was a strawberry smoothie with swirled with cheese foam. I'm not a cheese foam fan so I replaced it with tiramisu foam instead. The drink was nice and sweet. It was a bit thick due to the strawberry smoothie and hard to mix the flavors together. * Watermelon Green Tea 5/5 - This was a very refreshing drink. The watermelon flavor really came through.

Legit the best Boba I’ve ever had. Wouldn’t wait longer than 30m for it, was lucky to come at a downtime and waited only about 20m from line to receiving the drink. Highly recommend the Omomo Matcha, it’s a showcase of everything that elevates this place above the others, and this is coming from someone who doesn’t even really like Matcha all that much! If you don’t value your time a ton and mind waiting 45-75m, this is good boba, but IMO not worth a long wait- go when the line is short or hit up another spot instead.

Hello,I got this online order and there is no labelling on it which one is which. I got two different macha boba’s and I don’t know which one is which. I got these for different people and I would like to know if these are the right order for each one. This kinda was a mood killer, my guests did not get the one they ordered. Please put labelling!!! This is not the first time

Dairy-free peeps do be aware that your drinks will be more bitter! All their teas are roasted & they use a special (cow) milk that is sweetened to balance. They offer oat milk substitution which is nice but results in more bitter drink! AMAZING customer service though. I used to go a lot it was my favorite, today I went for first time since developing my dairy allergy recently & got my usual oolong mt but it was very bitter. They very kindly talked through the menu with me (even with a long line!) and made me a different drink altogether (I chose matcha cortado). The I think manager or owner brought me my new drink & explained the whole milk debacle to me & she was so kind, made sure I was happy. I will say this one was still a bit bitter but not as deeply as the oolong so I was happy with it! But yes this shop is definitely for those that love tea, they use very good quality tea & the flavor comes through! Not a sugar rush place like a lot of other boba shops. Thank you to whole staff for being such kind, hard working people.

I was recommended omomo matcha as one of the best drinks they had. It was not bad but it wasn’t the best either. The matcha was bitter but other than that it was regular milk tea. Definitely not worth the wait or lives up to the hype.

What is fancy about this shop? I do not get it. We got Creamodo Oolong and Jade milk tea. It is just like the boba tea shop around any corner. The oolong tea base, when without mixing the cheese too, you can tell that it is pretty bad, leaving a unsmooth, sticky and bitter feeling on your palate. I guess it is a shop you can stop by after meal nearby, but not worth driving here for itself. I do not get it, seriously. Maybe their Matcha is better but we did not have a chance to try. Or, their marketing is super effective.
