Booked it has a b n b it turned out to be a hostel .parking first come first served ,hope you get it if not everywhere round it is resident parking only . It said lovely garden it doesn't exist.rooms not very clean we had litter in our room .no fire evacuation notices in rooms or corridors.could not find fire extinguisher and emergency light in our room had black tape over it .it said toiletries again don't exist.pub over road noisy till well after midnight.the continental breakfast was a carton cheap juice, prepack pastry and tub of porridge but only 1 chair so if had the breakfast 1 of us would have to stand . Bed comfy n nice bedding is the only plus point .we payed by bank transfer and got instructions via text 2 hours before check in . All doors are keypads with codes that beep quite loud we was awoken various times ppl coming in during early hours .we booked 2 nights and stayed 1 night then left we saw no one who run it .please take my advice stay clear .Ongoing research the owner had had permission denied for it to become a hostel for offshore workers

Limited parking both on and off site. Not well indicated. The idea of a continental "style" breakfast in the room was dissappointing

Conveniently located for my work visit, with parking, immaculately clean, large well decorated room, good breakfast tray. Enjoyed my stay.

Booked a room here for our staff working in the yard. Most unwelcoming reception. They never stayed there, for both the reception and the bad area. A waste of money, will never book here again

Stunning room every thing was pristine would recommend it to my friends and family. Only down side, car park is not good for disabled people as it is loose stones
