Costa Coffee

Costa Coffee delivered exactly what we needed: a smooth, satisfying cup and friendly service to match. Whether you’re grabbing a quick espresso before hitting the road or settling in for a quiet moment between stops, Costa knows how to keep things consistent and comforting. The staff were cheerful and efficient, and the coffee hit the spot—rich, well-balanced, and just the right temperature. It’s the kind of place that feels familiar no matter where you are, and sometimes that’s exactly what you want when traveling. Not a destination in itself, but a dependable pause in your journey. Four stars for good coffee, good vibes, and a well-earned moment of calm.

Was looking straight at the young lass serving to try and get her attention. But her mind was obviously else where . To add insult to injury a tall man came in . And stood behind me . This must have woke the lass out of her dream like state. She looked over my shoulder and asked what he would like 🙈 I asked if I could get served as I had been stood here for some time . To which she said “ I thought you had been served “ I’m thinking by whom 🤷‍♀️ does she think I’ve been served 🙈🙈 Maybe the staff need a strong coffee 😂

A lovely little Costa with plenty of seating space (and toilets if you need to stop at these services). When I called in tonight it was completely empty! They accepted the Costa reward card. However the coffee was very expensive compared to your normal high street Costa, presumably because its based on service station grounds. There is nowhere to park near the shop though so you will have to walk up to it from your parking space. There was a ramp for wheelchair access.

Relaxing space for a rest. A well-stocked choice of food at 2pm which is great. The maple haze latte, bacon & egg brioche and chocolate biscuits were perfect in the comfy cafe area, music in the background and calm atmosphere inside to rest. The staff working today were faultless.

Called at this place a few times when passing to visit family, and every time always been made to feel welcome and catered for, especially jodie who always recommends me different drinks to try when i cannot decide, always got a smile on her face and happy and bubbly, great little place to stop for a quick rest bite on a long journey 🙂

Upon arriving to the store, I had two lovely ladies that smiled as I walked to the counter. I believe there was Shannon and Caroline they took my order promptly and we had a lovely conversation whilst I was waiting for my drink; they were quick to give me my order and made me feel welcome and I will be returning. Thank you for such welcoming and lovely staff!

Never seen such dirty toilets for a long time. Awful experience. Staff were great though.

Grim. Toilets are apocalyptic. Barely any food available.
