I use to stay here every year, but I will not be back. They false advertise about continental breakfast. All they have is one kind of cereal BARS and coffee. The toilet was messed up and didn’t get fixed. Then it was a dead bug on the ceiling above the tv, so for all the reviews that’s saying they clean daily and the rooms are clean, they are lying! But I guess you pay for what you get!!! So from now on I will pay a little more because this was a complete joke!

The room was clean upon arrival and the staff made sure to clean each day. We loved the hard floors compared to carpet. The advertisement for the room stated a light breakfast was available daily; however, there were never breakfast items available. We needed to wash clothes on the trip, but the hotel did not have laundry facilities. There is a local laundry mat nearby that we were able to use to wash uniforms.

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff was amazing. They were so friendly and helpful. The pool was very nice. We didn't see a single bug.

Checked in Friday evening Aug. 8 and the guest service was amazing! The rooms are among the cleanest I've seen and this weekend stay has been great. This hotel is highly recommended.

I arrived unexpectedly, ready for rest, front desk welcomed with excellence and kindness, it eased my distress. Check in was a breeze and was accommodating, room of request was provided without issue. Check in was super fast and efficient. The smoking room smelled and felt clean, floors clear of dust, everything was clean, and the bathroom spotless. Bathtub clean and shining ready for a soak of rejuvenation. Clean towels, TV operating as should. Everything including appliances are like new. Scenic wall art, nice, comfortable, cozy, kind hotel stay long-term or short. I'm Maria Johnson and I'm sharing my review with everyone I can. I've lived hotels for five years on and off. This hotel is resort nice and clean. Customer service shows customers are appreciated. I do hope breakfast will improve. Breakfast provided was fresh!! I'd always book here if management doesn't change.

This was a very nice one night stay on our vacation. Rita, at check out, was very courteous and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a granola bar and coffee, a little fruit added in would have been nicer.

This place made my stay very nice while visiting my husband's hometown. The most beautiful city I ever visited was Sylacauga. I also had the pleasure of meeting Ms Barbara and let me tell you what a GEM 💎 she is, this beautiful soul was a highlight to my visit her beauty and knowledge of so much in the world while still holding up soooo strong was absolutely amazing. I am so thankful to have met her. To the owner I just want to say please let her go retire because trying to find another her to fit them shoes will never happen. She deserves to go live and be happy and not working. Go on to Colorado with your son and granddaughter and finish living life you totally deserve it. Thank you for a great stay.

First room was so dirty. The mirror was filthy, the bed was damp, and the bathroom light would not work. Mrs. RIita gave us a new room quick but even then dirty walls, peeling paint and just not well maintained.
